BC’s Chef Nevada Cope is the only young, female, chef/owner of a restaurant in Vancouver. Barely in her twenties and she has managed to do what seems impossible – open her own farm-to-table eatery in this culinary mecca we call home. Chef Nevada’s Ritual is a place that is welcoming and upbeat, open and warm, and she makes some kickass breads and pastries too.
BC’s foods is what inspires the chef to create dishes like her popular brunch menu item, Shakshouka, served with her own homemade bread. You will always find dishes made with BC products – Pemberton produce, and Fraser Valley Farmhouse cheeses, and more – on Ritual’s menu.
BC”s gas fuels the kitchen at Ritual Restaurant, that’s because everything in Chef Nevada Cope’s kitchen is gas-fired.
